This is why Cruz should be AG.

That’s a slam-dunk for Obama with Roberts.

Like that matters to this Supreme Court.

I’m sure he’s real worried about the law.

This will be a win for them and they know it.
They know that SCOTUS is in their back pockets.
When Chief INJustice Roberts twists logic to save a law (0bamacare) so unconstitutional even a six year old could see it, you know he will come along and rescue this unconstitutional mess.

I wonder if Cruz will appear before the Supreme Court in this case?
To: mothball
Then SUE him again and tie that MF’er up until the next president takes office WHICH HOPEFULLY IS NOT HILLARY.
To: Biggirl
Unjustice Roberts, pick up the white courtesy phone. Your master is on the phone.

Law??? Ha! with JR at the helm of this Supreme Court and this DC regime? You're kidding, right?
To: Guenevere
I hope this comes up in tonight’s debate. I’m betting that the Carson votes are Hispanic even though he will do nothing for them.

The 5th Circuit ruled on lifting the injunction against Obama issuing de facto amnesty to about 5 million illegals. The injunction was issued by a Texas Circuit judge who is hearing the case against Obama’s actions. In upholding the District Court the 5th Circuit ruled that it was likely that Obama would lose eventually so the injunction was valid.
Doubt that the Supreme Court would overturn or hear this appeal based on a finding of fact.
