'Riot' at Christmas Island migrant camp as detainee dies

Australian immigration officials say a "disturbance" is taking place at a detention centre for immigrants on Christmas Island.
Australia sends asylum seekers to Christmas Island, a remote outpost 2,650km (1,650 miles) north-west of Perth and 380km south of Java in Indonesia.

The Aussie’s don’t care if the malcontents riot. They are quarantined there. They have only themselves to blame since Australia is up front about where these people will be sent.

Just watched a great Aussie “Wolverine” movie
called Tomorrow the day the war started. Great
movie, well done with good characters.
They learned a few lessons. Maybe not all they
needed but it was a start.

Can we please send al the undocumented MS-13 gang members in our prisons to Christmas Island? That'd cost too much. A cheaper solution would be to send them all to the uninhabited Navassa Island.
The terrain of Navassa Island consists mostly of exposed coral and limestone, the island being ringed by vertical white cliffs 30 to 50 feet (9.1 to 15.2 m) high, but with enough grassland to support goat herds.
