is this guy retired?...on his pension?....so brave to speak up now that he has got his fat pension in his pocket...
Obama’s goal was not just to make America another face in the crowd of nations but to make it a face in the rear of the crowd. He has succeeded and tyrants are filling the vacuum. Does he care? Not a chance. His hatred of everything successful in America overrides everything else.
All the Generals who did speak up .. were fired; or retired.
As CIC, the military is subject to his whims .. however horrible they may be. Obama considers them to be inferior to him .. and therefore, he doesn’t have to listen to what they say.
But, I believe a day of reckoning is coming .. and the Generals who resigned instead of agreeing to shoot America’s citizens, will have their day.
While the military must be under civil control, their careers must not be. A 30 year military career can be wiped out by a popular vote politician. We need to have a new means to promote flag officers such that no president can use politics to affect the military.
Maybe have the States promote senior military and only 2/3 of the Senate can remove.
