Shock: Teens, Only 13 and 14 Years Old, Fatally Stab Stranger in Missouri Town

Another sad reason for the desperate need of Autumn’s Law (which has a FB page). These two ( a 13 year old and a 14 year old) stabbed a woman to death and were driving around with her dead body in the passenger seat. Susan Howard Perry the producer of “Killer Kid’s” on the LMN network (which featured Autumn’s story) makes comments in this article. No matter what the “reason” behind this act is,we feel that these juveniles are a threat to public health and safety. People assume Autumn’s Law is just a legal issue;no it is also about dealing with the taboo subject of what these type of criminals could do if back into society. But defense attorneys and over zealous child advocate groups want to play up public sympathy for these “children” dressed in their Sunday best for court and do not want the justice system to awcknowledge that there has to be something done to ensure the safety of the innocent. They use age,brain development,learned behavior,and especially the idea of forcing a jury to think that their only two choices are, life in prison with big scary adults that will beat and rape them constantly or a slap on the wrist. America needs to admit and address this issue properly.
