Tarantino refuses to apologize for anti-cop comments
NY POST ^ | November 3, 2015 | Chris Perez and Jamie Schram

Quentin Tarantino offered nothing even close to an apology on Tuesday for calling cops “murderers” — and instead pathetically claimed he has been victimized by police unions.

Speaking publicly for the first time since his inflammatory comments at a Washington Square Park rally on Oct. 24, the Pulp Fiction director insisted his words were all taken out of context. All cops are not murderers,” Tarantino told the Los Angeles Times. I never said that. I never even implied that.

What they’re doing is pretty obvious. Instead of dealing with the incidents of police brutality that those people were bringing up, instead of examining the problem of police brutality in this country, better they single me out.

And their message is very clear. It’s to shut me down. It’s to discredit me. It is to intimidate me. It is to shut my mouth and, even more important than that, it is to send a message out to any other prominent person that might feel the need to join that side of the argument

At the rally against “police terror,” Tarantino said, “When I see murders, I do not stand by . I have to call a murder a murder and I have to call the murderers the murderers.” The 52-year-old filmmaker also told the LA Times that he won’t back down in the face of a threatened boycott of his new movie “The Hateful Eight,” to be released Christmas Day.

Next time there’s a B&E chez Tarantino, don’t even bother calling the police.

I hate to say “Good!” ... but, good! If he really believes what he says and is not sorry he said it, he shouldn’t apologize. The fake apology is a very tiresome aspect of public life, and we need fewer of them.

Now if others want to dislike Mr. Tarantino and say so very forcefully, they should do so unapologetically.

Don't blame me, I have rejected Hollywood for decades now. I can proudly say, I have NEVER seen a Tarantino movie, never will either.

If supporting Hollywood is what you do, then blame yourself for the cultural rot that persists in American culture today.

“When I see murders, I do not stand by . . . I have to call a murder a murder and I have to call the murderers the murderers,” the “Pulp Fiction” auteur blathered to a cheering rally-goers. As he spoke, Tarantino held up a blown-up photograph of Justin Smith, an Oklahoma man killed in police custody in 1999 after spitting on cops.

I don't agree with Tarantino, I think he's a leftwing lunatic, but I don't see how this quote above is the same as saying all cops are murderers.

Don’t ignore the words “rise up”. This is the goal and the vision of the radical left. They are trying to stir up the underclass and get it so angry that it rises up against their “oppressors” (whites, police) and destabilizes the civil order, leading to strife and violence, and an overthrow of the existing structure.
See communist playbook.

Speaking of which, "Hateful Eight" must be a real stinker for QT to raise all this ruckus and get free PR. Is it about bad cops or something?

Spot on! There is a deep cesspool of Communist sentiment in the Hollywood Left. It is good their debauched lifestyle causes many to die early and not torment the world with their demented BS. I wish Tarantino a short life.

Talk Tarantino into putting on a policeman’s uniform - then drop him off in the middle of the Baltimore ghetto...
