So, Jeb would keep the Iran deal.
He keeps talking. At this point he is campaigning for Trump.

But there is a problem of mandatory sentences. I think the federal government shouldnât necessarily be involved to the extent that they are in criminal justice matters, and the president has opportunity to shift power back to the states to let the states decide this, and to give people second chances. As usual, the justification is a lie.
Those mandatory sentences were put in place to protect the public and reduce crime. They were also put in place to deal with liberal judges who apply minimal sentences to hardened, violent criminals. We shifted power away from local "catch-and-release" judges for a reason.

Remember the old television sets, when they were turned off, clicked, hummed, and the field flashed sort of a white star and then shrunk to a little dot of light which then disappeared? Somehow the Yeb? campaign brings that recollection to mind.
