If Rubio were as independent as Trump...well he isn't and he can't change things, he is too much part of the problem...smart as he is.
Donald Trump surrounds himself with extremely bright and successful people and he can't be bought. Rubio is surrounded by the establishment...they fund his campaign....it is not that he isn't smart enough or could possibly run an honest judiciary department...he won't be allowed to. Trump on the other hand is honest and unfettered (free) enough to correct our badly damaged nation.
