Nearly a year after the Obama administration launched a massive public relations campaign to dispel rumors of a free pass for immigrant families crossing the border illegally, internal intelligence files from the Homeland Security Department suggest that effort is failing.

Hundreds of immigrant families caught illegally crossing the Mexican border between July and September told U.S. immigration agents they made the dangerous trip in part because they believed they would be permitted to stay in the United States and collect public benefits.

When the hell did this ever happen? Maybe he whispered it into his hairdresser’s ear.

In a way, it is tragic that these people come here believing this.

But I can’t give up the store because they are misinformed.

I will confess, I didn’t read the entire article. But I read one earlier that said these people will be here for years waiting for a trial. At our expense.

Nearly a year after the Obama administration launched a massive public relations campaign to dispense rumors of a free pass for immigrant families crossing the border illegally in exchange for democrat votes, internal intelligence files from the Homeland Security Department suggest that effort is enjoying success.

Hundreds of immigrant families caught illegally crossing the Mexican border between July and September told U.S. immigration agents they made the dangerous trip in part because they believed they would be permitted to stay in the United States and collect public benefits as long as they registered as democrat voters.

There. Fixed it.

There’s probably a bunch of US lawyers stoking those rumors.

"Give me your tired, your poor,
your huddled masses
yearning to breathe free
collect public benefits."

This abuse is in clear violation of current law and yet has been permitted and even sponsored by the Washington Cartel of open-border Democrats and RINOs for decades !

Current immigration law calls for the deportation of aliens collecting public benefits in the US and even the exclusion of those coming here who may do so. Here are the two citations and their exact text (uscis.gov):

EXCLUSION

212(a)(4)(A) PUBLIC CHARGE - Any alien who, in the opinion of the consular officer at the time of application for a visa, or in the opinion of the Attorney General at the time of application for admission or adjustment of status, is likely at any time to become a public charge is inadmissible.

DEPORTATION

237(a)(5) PUBLIC CHARGE - Any alien who, within five years after the date of entry; has become a public charge from causes not affirmatively shown to have arisen since entry is deportable.

I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader.....

GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!

A sworn affidavit by Mexico consul general to a Texas court admits that Mexico official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that 'Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.'

This explosive document filed in Texas by the government of Mexico adds fuel to the debate touched off by Donald Trump.....

THE MONEY QUOTE A footnote states that 'Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent.' IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain their parents’ Mexican nationality.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico consul general admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the generous US welfare system......declaring that 'Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing,'

The Mexican consul’s sworn testimony asserts that, 'My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals' and “The main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to nationals abroad.”

Ergo, Mexico’s assertion of continuing jurisdiction over its 'nationals abroad,' is inconsistent with any claim to automatic US citizenship merely by reason of birth on US soil.

=====================================================

MEXICO IS SLOBBERING AT THE US PUBLIC TROUGH The 'impoverished' Mexicans here send BILLIONS of US tax dollars collected under multiple identities BACK to Mexico. The federales are getting a huge cut of that. Prolly Mexico also gets a fee for letting other countries use their border as a gathering place to slither into the US.

=====================================================

Trump accurately tells Americans oil-rich Mexcio is ripping us off royally......and is pocketing billions from deal after deal. This is in addition to millions in US foreign aid to "help" them w/ then the drug cartel problem.

======================================================

NOW GIMMEE THIS AGAIN Mexico's official policy is to send their impoverished classes over the border to ride the US gravy train...but declares that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

OK....comprende, amigo.

Now tally up the welfare bill and send it to Mexico.is explains it better.
