I have never heard/read the name before and when I looked him up, I’ve never seen him before either.
Anthony Boudain is a chef / author and his book “Kitchen Confidential” is one of the funniest books out there to read even if you don’t own a restarurant.
Did not know he was a lib. So buy the book used so he doesn’t make any money off it.
But I do know you can absolutely find white kids to wash dishes and do kitchen prep. Older ones usually drink and or do meth on the job.
Younger ones are a mix of both good kids and losers. The good kids move on but career dishwashers are always a problem except for mostly Mexicans.
I own a restaurant and have legal Mexicans and whites that work for me. It is a tough business with lots of hard work to do..

He’s a very creepy guy. Gives off vibes that you don’t want your children around and makes you want to change the channel before the ick oozes out of the tv and you have to call in a hazmat team to fumigate your living room. Seriously, big time creepy dude who’s also a not too nice bad drunk. Was channel surfing and saw his drunken display on one of his shows. Who intentionally puts that on their show? It didn’t surprise me a bit when CNN brought him into their little wacko lib family.
