There are electronic monitoring services that track this information. If you look at it closely, they aren’t showing Trump’s numbers. They’re removing the Trump data to make Jeb look more competitive.

Facebook is selling (or at least SHARING) it this year. Networks like ABC (and syndicates like AP, if I recall) are planing to spin accordingly (story came out around 8 months ago if that helps track it down).
