Thousands Honor Anniversary of Rachel's Death Despite UNESCO Claim

Thousands of Jews flooded Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem on Friday morning, the day before her Yahrtzeit (the anniversary of her death), in a clear and poignant reaction to the Palestinian resolution passed by UNESCO on Wednesday, declaring it a Muslim religious site. The actual anniversary is on the Sabbath, the 11th day of the Hebrew month Cheshvan. It is customary for worshippers to visit the site at this time, though Arab violence makes this dangerous and in extreme cases, notably during the 2000 intifada, Israeli security closes the site to Jews.

from it’s proselytizing inception , the vile cult of Islam has sought to usurp every and any ‘holy site’ from every culture and people that came before . Invading the countries and the cultures , murdering their clergy and priesthoods/monkhoods , forcibly converting the inhabitants or slaughtering them . Then building their own edifices atop the holiest of prior holy sites and claiming them for their own . In perpetuity .
Solution : Everywhere this has occurred in the world , Islamic structures should be dismantled or destroyed and the original structures restored to their original glory and purpose. ISLAM ( and muslims) are and have always been an occupying power and tyranny .
It’s time for the occupation of Islam in it’s non-native lands to be ended . First by invitation , and id entreaty is not received , then at the point of sword and bayonet .
It will never retreat by itself , it has to be beaten back . The Temple Mount is for Jews and should be 100% restored to the Jewish traditions . There should be no Haram al-Sharif . It’s just another typical example of Islamist physical plagiarism. Means nothing in reality .

...Rachel, who died on the way back to the Promised Land, was buried on the wayside in Bethelehem, not next to Jacob who is in the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hevron.

The Jewish people have always prayed at her grave, and when exiled to Babylon, passed it and called for her to pray for their redemption.

The midrash says that she showed the Almighty how she helped her sister and asked Him to forgive the slights His people caused him in the same fashion as she did. Jeremiah gives the answer in [Jeremiah] Chapter 31, as G-d tells her not to cry for her sons, because they will one day return...
