Washington (CNN)The Justice Department notified members of Congress on Friday that it is closing its two-year investigation into whether the IRS improperly targeted tea party and other conservative groups.
There will be no charges against former IRS official Lois Lerner or anyone else at the agency, the Justice Department said in a letter.

Now groups like True the Vote in Houston should sue Lerner for civil damages because their group was harmed by not being able to participate in the 2012 election because of her vindictive actions against them,
I keep saying.... somehow our side needs to start filing charges in conservative state courts with friendly prosecutors and a friendly judge. It is clear that obammy is not going to prosecute any of his helpers. We have to move these to a state court.
Without giving ABC a hit I’ll go out on a limb and guess that the reporter accepted the statement’s contents at face value, without a shred of skepticism.
