Actually, I would like to see the investigations and any trial/sentencing dragged out beyond Obama’s term. Then he couldn’t pardon her. Hopefully he’s succeeded by a GOP POTUS.

There is a problem here with the assumption that because Obama may not want Hillary prosecuted, that his wishes will carry the day.

That’s not necessarily so and here is why:

Under the Espionage Act (which the FBI is focusing on), IF the accused fails to notify their immediate superiors (in this case it would be Obama) of their failure or negligence in securing classified data, that alone is sufficient grounds for an indictment.

Therefore, if Obama is questioned by the FBI as to whether or not his Secretary of State informed him of her lapse and failure as defined by the Espionage Act, if he answers “no”, then there would be no other alternative than to proceed with an indictment, trial and likely conviction.

If Obama answered “yes she did” inform him of her email ‘problem’, that implicates HIM in the felonies that she committed.

Obama is going to be between a rock and a hard place and may or may not know it.
