Agree with you there—Cruz could write his ticket. Some say Cruz will not be particularly popular in the Senate when this is all over. If that is true, a high profile job in what I imagine will be a successful administration might be an attractive option. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Totally off topic. Drudge is running a story that the administration of one EU country thinks Obama is mentally off the rails. They want him out...now. Fascinating stuff.

Surprised it’s only one EU country that notices.

But they’re mistaken in thinking he’s nuts. Barky would be nuts only if he loved America and acted the way he does.

I certainly agree with you that Obama set out to destroy traditional USA. For much of his time in office what might appear crazy to some has merely been the out-working of the hatred/massive chip on Obama’s shoulder toward Westerners in general and white Christians in particular.

However, more recently Obama’s behavior and appearance have shown signs of something more at work—something beyond the realm of his cognitive issues. He’s looking quite thin, and seems somewhat slower and less energetic in personal appearances. Some have speculated that he is ill. Personally I think he’s doing increasing amounts of illicit substances.

Bear in mind that Obama has a raging addictive-dysfunctional personality. There are only one of two ways to go with that. First, seek treatment and do heavy-duty work toward recovery. Second, become slowly but steadily worse over time.

Obviously my $ is on B. In the WH, Obama has been waited on hand and foot by yes-people who tell him whatever he wants to hear and give him whatever he desires. After seven yrs in the public spotlight, an admitted drug user would be using at a fairly significant level. It is his escape from even the possibility of hearing negative things about him and/or his job performance. [A Malignant Narcissist simply cannot bear to be criticized; it’s beyond what they can tolerate.] Nor do I believe Valerie Jarrett would hesitate or have the least difficulty in procuring Obama’s self-med of choice.

The problem for them is that neither addiction/dysfunction nor drug use is stable. Each worsens over time. That, most likely, is what we are seeing, and what at least one country in the EU has picked up on. Jmho.

Those are good points. I hadn’t considered that he would be reliving his Choom Gang glory days, but why wouldn’t he?

He’s got time and opportunity. He’s surrounded by sycophants and enablers. Barky’s addictive-dysfunctional-narcissistic personality didn’t magically transform into something better simply because American voters put him in charge. And if he’s too loaded to function I’m sure Valerie Jarrett is quite happy to act as President, much like Mrs Woodrow Wilson did.

Agree! Jarrett may have imagined that keeping Obama comfortably numb would enable her to live out her fantasy of being POTUS. My guess is that people are starting to notice—well, it’s more than a guess, given the Washington Whispers story about Obama being skeletal, and the EU country thinking he’s crackers—which will precipitate a crisis if she can’t get it in hand. Ha! As if it’s that easy to tell a drug addled Malignant Narcissist “no.”

Anyway, better get some tinfoil. Here comes the conspiracy. I tried and tried to find the results of Obama’s 2015 physical, and nothing. I found like a thousand articles on his May 2014 physical, but the donut re 2015. Hmmmmmm.

Back briefly to the original topic. There is one other reason to favor Trump in 2016: election fraud. It was MASSIVE in 2008 and 2012, but the GOPe did squat. Trump, however, is *legendary* for litigation, and he Likes To Win. He is the only one, imho, who would litigate the DNC to Hades and back if he thought fraud had cost him votes.

Just something else to think about...

It is one of my hopes, that if Trump should win, that he makes voter fraud a major issue and institutes secure voting in the United States.

There is no telling how many major elections have been stolen in the USA but it’s the reason that the Democrat party fights so hard to prevent voter ID from being required.

Mexico of all places has one of the most secure voting systems in the world. It includes a tamper proof voter ID card and the system itself, IIRC, was built by IBM.
