Yikes!! I'll never complain about our freeways again.
Not a good place to be when it's pit stop time.

Why don’t the person in front just go?
To: QT3.14
Gee, 26 lanes of traffic funneled into 6. Think that might cause a problem?

Dude that makes the Green-White-Checker at Talladega look trivial!

Yup, think I’ll take those side roads, except they’re probably reserved for the Ruling Elite.

I’m wondering if they got their highway planning advice from Ed Rendell and PENNdot.

I can remember driving the government van from Camp Casey to Seoul down the MSR during my second assignment there. The MSR was four lanes going into Seoul ... however, there were always six lanes of traffic. One time, we were so close to a bus that I told my passenger to get the Phillips screwdriver out of the tool kit and start undoing the screws on the side of the bus ...

When I see traffic jams, I always think if how much gas is burning up while the cars just sit there.
Ouch!
In these photos were probably seeing thousands of gallons of gas burning up while those cars barely move at all.

Government “check point” is why there was a traffic jam. Not too different than at Mexico/US or Canada/US boarder crossings. Or any toll road toll booth.
I’m amazed that you can get that many Chinese drivers to stay in their own lane or orderly merge. ;)

Uh oh, we've got major problems out on the Van Wyck. 26 lanes suddenly squeezing down into 6. Somebody SCROOOOOOOOD-UP on THAT one!
To: Vigilanteman
Im wondering if they got their highway planning advice from Ed Rendell and PENNdot. Looks like the kind of planning go. moonbeam is famous for. If that was America under Lord foul the jammed lanes would be for Citizens and the clear lanes on the outside would be for illegals.

Whose the Chinese Governor responsible for this? Probably due to some lane closures for political payback.

...and that’s not even the bicycle lanes.

The Chineese have a reputation of copying and occasionally improving things.....with this traffic jam concept they have surpassed themselves.
