Activist justices can count on the corrupt senators who confirmed them to the Court to not remove them from the bench for any reason. This is probably because corrupt Senators arguably want such justices to do the Senate’s dirty work for it by stealing federal and state legislative powers to establish unconstitutional laws and rights from the bench, Obamacare an example.
