Here is a novel idea. Go after those who have enacted and supported Gun Free Zones? They should be sued for not allowing any armed protection.
So if I’m in a car accident and get hit by a Ford Taurus, can I sue Ford??? Is Ford and not the driver of the car responsible, under this reasoning????

In wisconsin business owners who post no gun signs are legally liable for people’s security on their premises. If they do not check everyone coming in for guns, and dont have security, ccw folks can ignore their signs.
Believe it or not, Bernie Sanders has consistently voted for the current law banning such lawsuits.

I’m not sure if her proposal demonstrates that she is a lousy politician or just a bad lawyer. It’s a lot of both, I think.

Hillary proves again that she is a nutcase. As a former attorney, she should know that that approach is foolish and just full of reasons to not go in that direction.
