Call in Al Sharpton !!!!! /S
there used to be NATO. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Obama used the destruction of Libya to destroy NATO.
Or bake cakes for them in the ISIS bakeries.
Obama is an ideologue and wants America to learn an ideological lesson from the middle east. Above all, he wants to avoid a military solution or even the appearance of a military solution. He wants to destroy the very thought that problems can be solved through military strength. That is why he pulled the troops from Iraq thus ensuring our effort there would end in failure. That is why he has denied us the gratifying sight of A-10s turning convoys of ISIS Toyota trucks into burning wreckage. He doesn’t want us to even have a taste of that.
This is true mainly of US military strength but he even hates the thought of Putin succeeding against ISIS, because it would teach the wrong lesson. He wants us to feel impotent and regretful over the middle east. He wants the great powers to go slinking out of there, leaving the ME to pursue its glorious Islamic future with no outside meddling. In this way he fulfills the leftist, anti-colonialist dreams from his father, which are his dreams as well.
At least this is my somewhat cynical read on the mysterious character we’ve elected to lead us.
The next time Obama asks his Syrian critics: "Specifically, precisely, what exactly would you do?" I hope someone answers: Begin the long road of undoing the damage you've done, starting with what used to be our alliances.
Obama, who opposes such a move, said Friday that he'd like critics of his Syria policies to be asked, "Specifically, precisely, what exactly would you do?"
And in 7 1/2 years time...what particular specific, precise, exact course of action/doctrine/policy did Obama set forth? All I can recall are some 'fuzzy' red line guidance.
