VJ says it was ok to use private email but everything should be turned over, and we all know Hitlery didn’t do that until forced to ....... well after she left office.
But... according to Hillary “it was allowed.”
Maybe she was confused, the White House apparently instructed everyone to use aliases - particularly ones that wouldn’t clue a casual reader as to who the alias belonged.- such as using an alias of the opposite sex.
Isn’t that what the IRS and WH staff was doing?
