More than 5 percent of the latest batch of emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, released Wednesday, contain classified information — or twice the rate of the previous releases, raising tricky questions about whether the department is finding more secrets or being more thorough in screening the messages.
All told, there are at least 400 messages that contain information the government now deems classified, out of nearly 12,000 emails released so far.
But 214 of those messages came in the latest batch of 3,869 messages, for a classification rate of 5.5 percent.

Hillary Clinton breaks federal laws with impunity to fill her pockets & in doing so puts the entire nation at grave risk, then runs for president, while the political establishment & news media yawn.
The only reason I believe she might NOT skate is that Obama may want Biden to be president. If that’s true, he’ll throw Hillary in prison in a heartbeat to make it happen.
Agreed- I have mentioned in a couple other posts, look for a Biden/Moochelle ticket. Like the Bushes and Clintons, the Ogrifters will not just go away. Moochie will then run in 2020. They’ve been setting this up for a few years now. Hillary won’t be the candidate.
I don't see how any thinking person could possibly believe her emails were not classified. She was the Secretary of State for four years. As the secretary, she was communicating with the White House, the Pentagon, the CIA, NSA, foreign governments, and our embassies around the world on a daily basis. Does she really expect people to believe that none of this correspondence was classified?.
Obama cannot wait to get out and go on the million a day circuit. He hates being President. There is no way he or the wookie want to stay there.

If Hillary is not indicted for this, then General Petraeus should hire the best attorney in D.C. and file a claim against the Dept. of Justice for disparate treatment.
He was convicted of only one count of 18 USC Section 1924. How many counts have they already got against Hillary?
The point is not that Hillary sent classified material or not, but that she has no discernment as to what info should be kept secure...classified or not.
If they do not prosecute there is no crime.
