The volunteer fire department’s going to get it, they were already out in the rain cutting it, might as well haul off the debris while they’re at it.
Starting to see some orange red now.
It won’t be fully red until 7:47 p.m. PDT/10:47 p.m. EDT.
The only part of the sky with clouds is over the moon. They move a bit for a glimpse. It is unsettling to see the eclipse of this type. Bible verses about the moon turning red on my mind.

Okay I’ll watch for that. On my clock, GMT, that should occur at roughly 3.24am, in about 30 minutes time.
To me, something like this just proves that God exists, all the Athiests would say that’s ridiculous, but to me it’s the proof that God exists and is with us.

Just pondering the perfection of scale required for a solar or lunar eclipse does it for me. Not random.
Yes, He truly made the Heavens a spectacular display for us mere humans.
almost totality.
need to go outside.
from near Ft.Worth, Tx
It's the middle of the morning here in the Philippines, so no blood moon for me!
Agreed 100%, which is why I find things like this moon a bit emotional to watch.
Agreed.
Almost there.
yeah cloudy north of Knoxville. I caught one blurry glimpse at it. High clouds though because Lifestar is flying.
Just as it goes behind a cloud.
About a minute to go.
I’m looking through the same stuff in Mckinney, just a light spot in the grey stuff.
Orange and black now.
Hey there, neighbor! Wee bit blurry but not too bad.
Sitting here on the west coast. Almost total. We have about another 20 min. It really is beautiful.
