There was never any possibility that the emails could not be recovered. I am, and have been positive from the beginning, that the NSA has full backups of everything that was ever stored on or sent from that server.
The only question was whether Obama would let the NSA supply them to the people “examining” the server — which means whether or not Obama is serious about nuking her candidacy.
It looks like he just might be.
