Germany’s Head of Immigration resigned today....I would too “MAMA Merkle”, as the refugees are calling her, had asked me to do this job...good for him...

CS, I live north of the Great Lakes, in another country. Refugees can only arrive here via airplane, boat, or through the USA. Canada does not have a border with the third world, and I would like to keep it that way.

We can contain any entry via air or sea. Hopefully we will not have to worry about refugees from the US for a long time, although it has happened before.

The left-wing in Germany (it’s probably not the term to use in this case but it’ll work)...has the state-run news media (two networks) to put their theme and message out. So they believe they’ve got the upper hand.

The other folks...a number of different wings...believe otherwise. The only way they can get their message across is these rare state or national elections. Basically, they need to ‘fire’ some political parties. Next big state election is March 2016 (3 x states). The national election isn’t till Nov of 2017. There is some growing fear by the intellectuals, the news media and the political folks...that a major shift in voting will occur.

Present...of the seven political parties in Germany....five are for the immigrants and two are voicing some opposition. If you follow along...the CSU (the Bavarian right-wing party) and the AfD (Alternative Party for Germany) are the two which are asking serious questions. The CSU isn’t supposed to participate in these three state elections (way outside of Bavaria), but you might see them organize and suddenly show up. The AfD has been getting roughly 6 to 8 percent on voting...up until this business started.

Beyond this election business...the German public can’t do much of anything except illegal stuff (fire-bombing). Even protest marches aren’t doing much good. If you review your history in the 12-year period after WW I...it’s generally the same scenario....the great fear of the Communists coming to Germany...crafting laws to stop them and it infringes on the general public...and in the end, the Nationalists Socialists are seen as a minor party but the public thinks they will stand against the Communists. The public had that right, but they just didn’t grasp what the Nazis brought along with their agenda.

Wages for at least a dozen years have been under tight control. Hence, the reason why strikes are a on-going issue in Germany and a problem that the public has to deal with. Across every single sector...tight wage control is in effect. So, here’s the positive side....businesses have kept a stabilized situation on the cost factor and Germany has a great economy (other than eighteen months around 2008....they’ve been doing great).

Because of the birthrate issue...if you look at replacement workers, it’s a problem. There are charts which the business news folks will pull up and show the next decade to be a major problem as guys in their fifties start getting up around sixty to sixty-five and retiring.

With the Syrians, there’s this odd mixture. Of all the Middle Eastern countries...they had more emphasis on education than anyone else. Out of the 850-odd thousand...probably only 35-percent are Syrian. The Syrians that I’ve bumped into...they have educational backgrounds....technical knowledge...and different levels of experience. Some just need language classes and some will need some certification classes to prove their knowledge. This is not the case as in the Mexicans who come to the US and have virtually no real background other than fast-food operations.

I admit, this is a stupid scenario and will involve billions which the Germans just haven’t grasped yet. But if you were going to ask anyone about crime...it’s the East Europeans which bother the German public more than anyone else.

I’m pretty sure the Muslims won’t meekly climb on trains.

And they will be a major part of the electorate before Germans figure out what’s going on.

I don’t see way right dictator in your future. I see nasty civil war. And somewhere along the way lots of poverty when the currency crashes from so many hangers on.

if you look at replacement workers, it’s a problem if you are unwilling to pay market wages

Fixed.
