95 percent of Republicans are not real conservatives and Rubio is one of the 95 percent.
I suspect any and all people in the media who praise Rubio as some sort of ‘conservative’ and ‘good’ etc. etc.
In this debate Trump was like Clint Eastwood driving that bus through the gunfire in “The Gauntlet”. Clint looked pretty roughed up after the ride, but he had won the fight and was the hero.
Trump looked weak and had no definitive answers. He looked lost amongst all the others;
Carson seemed confident, but his answers came across as wishy-washy;
Bush was your average pathetic RINO. No substance while talking his talking points. He's gone;
Paul was just a pathetic libertarian;
Christie made one good point, but as we know, we can't trust him;
Cruz gave great conservative answers, but didn't shine. He doesn't seem to have the "cult of personality" down yet. In this age, he needs to come across more personable.
I won't go on, but will say the Carly Fiorina won the debate as long as I could take it. She was presidential in her demeamnor and gave knowledgeable answers to the questions. Also like that she was willing to fight for her positions and time.
This was actually a debate. Loved watching the candidates argue amongst themselves, to the chagrin of the moderators.
None of these politicians have ever done anything that is pro-American nor conservative as in passing a conservative law that actually stops illegals or reduces government etc. NO the opposite as in all voting for the Corker bill which made the Iran deal unstoppable and TPA which made Obama trade unstoppable .
Politicians have destroyed the USA . they are all owned by china and Mexico and foreign interests.
Not Trump. my vote goes to Trump
As I am reaching the end stretch, I care less. Still, I'm concerned for my children and grand-children's future, not to mention the country I once loved.
Guess I'm hoping against hope.
Ouch Jebbie, that’s gotta hurt.
I didn’t see a winner so much as I saw three losers; Bush, kasich, and huckster.
All looked like little whinny bitches.
I didnt like the format for one...so having said that if one just “looked” at the debate clearly Fiorina and Rubio shined.
Bush looked like a jerk and Carson was clearly out of place.
Objectively the gang up on Trump didnt work well and actually
made the attackers look awkward. Trump held out well but on policies “looked” weak. But this is due to his unusual speech pattern/style.
Walker and Cruz just couldnt get a foothold. IMHO
Agree. Rubio was solid but will that translate to votes????
These numbers defy all logic and common sense, If people think Trump won fine, but in no way would the numbers be this skewed with the performances by Cruz, Rubio and Fiorina. I sincerely hope the Donald isn’t finding a way to cook the books. That’s no way to influence an election. Or worse yet democrats propping him up.

Nice numbers! 67% Trump, who was left standing and stronger after the debate. I have to say CNN was the winner, too. Hopefully they don’t screw it up with the next debate.
In tactical terms, all Trump had to do was blunt the Carson surge and open up more space between himself and Carson. Do you think he succeeded?
Right. They, and EVERY OTHER SINGLE POLL, state or national, show the same thing.
No dude, you are the tedious one. I followed your inane comments last night. Even when everyone else thought Trump scored points, you based. Calls into question every opinion you have.
I am not sure that polls on Drudge or Time or on social media are reflective of voter sentiment. In 2008 and 2012, Ron Paul usually won these polls, yet he never won a primary, and usually got less than 10% of the vote. Remember also that we are eight months away from the Republican convention, and over three months away from the first primaries and caucuses. Ross Perot and George Wallace, the last two true outsiders, saw their polling numbers shrink as the elections approached.
True, but I think this year is very different. Trump at nearly 70% and everyone else in low single digits is very telling. What GOPe should be doing, if they want to beat Trump is to retire all these losers and bring in a ringer. Oh, yes, there are trial balloons about Romney stepping in. Trump vs. Romney, I don’t think even Romney would temp that one.
I always copy and paste one from some other text! :)
