Lower left:
Senator John Ensign, R-Nevada; resigned as chair of Senate Republican Policy Committee in 2009, after having affair with wife of a close friend, both of whom were working on his campaign.
Lower right:
Rep. Eric Massa, D-NY; resigned to avoid ethics investigation into groping multiple male staffers.
So, that makes Top row, L-R: Weiner, McGreevey, Spitzer
Bottom row: Ensign, Clinton, Massa.
