Being Protestant I have never known how the Pope selection really works. It always seemed pretty benign to me, and my attitude towards the pope was admiring at best and sometimes just bemused. I never thought there were dangerous popes before—at least in recent history.

Also, I heard a scientist on the radio recently. He claimed the sun goes into a period of “solar hibernation” every 206 years, when there is little or no activity on the surface of the sun.
This inactivity causes a mini-ice age which lasts for 30 years.
The scientist claimed we are on the verge of going into this mini-ice age.
It was strange and there were/are a lot of suspicions.
