I believe he will come out and endorse Ted Cruz.

That is, he will if he’s smart.

John McCain was almost at that rock bottom point back in 2008. But then, John didn’t have the history of having a bout of “Brain Freeze” on the air during numerous debates.
I’m glad Rick is facing facts. Campaigning is too expensive and emotionally draining to do it w/o a very good chance of succeeding. Sorry Guv.
