The illegals on the plane will all claim asylum. They’ll get fingerprinted, given an asylum hearing date 3 years in the future, get a “temporary work authorization” card valid for those 3 years, and get released to the streets.

How come they don’t name the pilot? Who owns the plane? Gees, they name you if you drink one too many beers on the way home or try to solicit a hooker but not for trying to smuggle people into the country.

Seizure will depend on who owns the plane. If he was leasing it from another company that company will probably get it back. If he owned it or the owners were part of the plan the it will get seized.
The C90 is a very capable aircraft. Twin turboprop, though I believe unpressurized.
