And the DUmmies still remember “Merry Fitzmas!”, hoping they’d bring down Cheney in 24 business hours...
Comrades! Non-revolutionaries are guilty of any crime that a revolutionary alleges and such crimes must be investigated to the last strand of DNA!
(In the absence of re-education camps, that’s the way it must be.)
:-)
IMHO
Bush should have pardoned Libby.
Wait til you see what Obama does with his pardon pen...
Written laws are like spiders’ webs, and will, like them, only entangle and hold the poor and weak, while the rich and powerful [or those protected by the powerful] will easily break through them.
Anacharsis
No not most likely disclosed, Armitage ADMITTED he was who disclosed The status of Plame.
Libby got in trouble by making false statements to the FBI.
In this hyper-legal society we live in, he needed to consult with an attorney prior to his statements or have an attorney there.
Good observation
VDH ping ...
I sincerely hope when Obama dies, he wills his eyeballs to science.
Science can learn a lot by studying those eyeballs.
The strange manner in which Obama views the world
through those eyeballs needs to be examined thoroughly.
I know he's s color-blind...but is he suffering from some undiagnosed tropical eyeball disease (/snix)?
Chaney should have demanded a pardon but instead, turned his back.
I have a hard time understanding why Cheney did this.
I’d be willing to bet he pardons Wesley Cook (a.k.a. Mumia).
The REAL culprit here is the ex-pResident Bush.
He could have stopped the whole thing—and did not.
Just like Walker in HIS state.
In other words, Libby was in an Orwellian position of being accused of a crime that may not have existed. But if it had, it was more likely committed by someone else.”
I wonder if “Kafkaesque” would be more appropriate here than “Orwellian”?
Cheney was right, W was the one who is hard to understand in all of this, he was the one who withheld the pardon.
Pity. Scooter was ruined.
Bush and Cheney got their pensions...
But Cheney was not at fault, I understand he really pressed W for the pardon. It's one of the things W did (or didn't do) that I have a hard time forgetting.
Such a travesty, allowing the left to destroy a man who worked as dilligently for W's administration as Scooter did.
As Kaslin had stated: It mattered not whom did what, the witch-hunt required a fall-guy.
Same with Patreus (sp?) vs. Hillary....we have not been a Nation of Laws in quite some time.
