Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Tuesday said he would be open to the United States accepting more refugees from Syria, after a photo of a drowned three-year-old Syrian boy sparked international outrage last week.

"Sure. Absolutely," Graham told reporters Tuesday evening when asked whether he would back allowing more Syrian refugees to come to the United States.
