A License to imprison Jews and seize their property (such as the Nazis legally did) might also be required by law, but decent people will deliberately break such laws.
Any law that demands Christians participate in a sick perversion of marriage is an immoral law, and not only should it be defied, but those who think it should be obeyed should be beaten, because they are the Kindred spirits of the Nazis.
It is due to these people who believe "The Law uber alles!" that let Nazis get away with their heinous activities.
When the law is wrong and immoral, decent people MUST disobey it.
I agree. Fire all the disloyal cowards. Even if they come back with lawsuits, make it cost the government money. Do not go easily into the night.
The section I posted is specific to who may issue.
The section you linked is for the form and the protection of SS numbers. That section makes allowances for others to sign, but it is not the section that give authority.
She is the one obeying the law. The judge and the assistant clerks are violating the law.
One of the things that bothers me most is that only she has been prepared to stand up on this issue. Out of this huge country, only one person. Thats tragic, and it speaks volumes about how we got here.
I can't remember ... ever ... an entire nation standing, calling, writing and organizing around one civilian Christian taking a stand !
I'm overwhelmed ...
Maybe I'm just being February 29th, but ...
Donald Trump has grabbed America ...
Kim Davis has grabbed America ...
I am SO fired up as a school board member, I'm ready to announce we're shutting the school down !
[[Kentucky law states that same sex marriage doesnt go into effect until January 1, 2016]]
When did they decide to allow gay marriage? Just because a SC gave an opinion? They are going to roll over and hand over their state soveriengty to the SC?

Do you have a source?
She is not the only one, but there are definitely very few. Not unique in history- watch “A Man for All Seasons”, also a case about marriage.
St Thomas More and St. John Fisher pray for us.
Has Kentucky adopted an Amendment to their Constitution repealing Section 233A of their Constitution?

I am trying to find it. I was told this, by someone who lives in Kentucky, but I do not know for certain.
Nope.
Plus they have this.
“Religious Freedom Act of 2013 Edit
In March 2013, both houses of the Kentucky legislature passed the Religious Freedom Act which requires the state to show “clear and convincing evidence” for any statutes or policies that infringe on an individual’s “sincerely held religious beliefs”.[a] The bill was supported by the Kentucky Family Foundation and the Kentucky Catholic Conference. More than 50 civil rights, public health, religious and other community groups urged Governor Steve Beshear to veto the legislation, including the Kentucky League of Cities, the Kentucky Association of Counties, the Kentucky ACLU and the mayors of Louisville and Covington. Opponents argued its wording was vague and could be used to override local non-discrimination ordinances. Supporters, including the bill’s sponsor, Representative Bob Damron, argued it was needed to protect religious believers from state encroachment, citing the case of several Kentucky Amish who were arrested for refusing to put reflectors on their buggies when traveling government-maintained roads. Beshear vetoed the bill and the legislature overrode his veto by votes of 79-15 in the House and 32-6 in the Senate.[27]
