It’s in an area of DC that I would say is mildly safe (all daylight hours for sure). 14th and Irving NW, near Howard University. Yep, during the daytime, not too bad, but when the sun goes down, bad, bad place to be at. On a risk scale of 1 to 10 on danger, this spot's probably about an 8 at night - 9 if you're melanin-deprived.
