Second Amendment groups are accusing the gun control lobby of putting law-abiding owners of firearms in danger by urging people to call the police on anyone carrying a gun in public.
As more states relax rules about open-carrying of guns, the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence has taken to social media to urge the public to assume gun-toters are trouble, and to call the cops on anyone they feel may be a threat.

They go after the non-violent citizens who are obeying the law. They will never do that to violent street thugs.
Fact of life #6:

Every single instructor of mine has advised that “open-carry” means visible target.
It defies even the most basic Art of War concept of concealment and reveals your “fog of war” to everybody.

All - A -L - L - liberals should be caged. Regardless of color. The white ones moreso than the black ones as they fund, agitate and direct these activities. Ultimately it is an existential issue for the planet.
Caged and put on display so young people can see the animals that nearly destroyed their world. So that they may learn from the experience and never allow liberals to threaten us again.
If you’re carrying legally the police aren’t going to do anything unless you act beligerent where they can charge you with disorderly conduct. I say just be watchful and aware and if you see the liberal aholes doing this, call them in so they will get popped for filing a false police report and possibly disorderly conduct (catch-all) if they are trying to get people arrested. The thing that defeats the leftists is the truth. That’s the reason they will never win in the end.
Begs the question: How many instructors do you need to learn to conceal carry?
I’m with you 100%. It defies logic why anyone would carry openly. In Texas, open carry begins on January 1. I’ll be interested to see how many actually do it.

We need more severe penalties against the swatters.
As for making yourself a target, anymore, if you are a white conservative straight male, you are a target. So be it.
They’ve entered into a state of war with us. The police who answer these calls have joined that state of war.
We’ve had open carry here in Michigan for quite a while now. Aside from a few swatters and a shrinking number of overzealous cops there have been few problems. Certainly no evidence of any open carriers being targeted by a criminal.
One nice thing about open carry is that it kills the problem of accidental exposure of a concealed firearm. Detroit firearms instructor Rick Ector carries both concealed and openly depending on the situation. He says he’s never had to fire his weapon but has exposed it to deter thugs who were stalking him.

Recall how "swatting" became all the rage for Leftists about the same time?
