What a brilliant piece of conditioning the Democrats have used on our Press.
Every time a Republican challenged something a Democrat did, the Democrats sold it to the Press as a political attack. And when the Press attacked the Republican for challenging a Democrat, the Democrats rewarded the Press.
The Press, like Pavlov’s dogs, came to expect a reward every time they attacked a Republican for daring to challenge anything a Democrat did.
Now, the Press are so well conditioned/trained by the Democrats, the Democrats can now conduct criminal actions knowing full well that the Press, well-trained dogs that they are, will attack the Republicans for daring to challenge the Democrats criminal actions.
Have a Scooby snack, American Press.
Anything that touches Top Secret becomes Top Secret.

Maybe it’s conspiracy theory or not, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the email redacted with B6 deliberative process is her directives to underlings to do exactly what has been described. That is summarize and forward on unclassified email to her.

Mrs. Bill could claim that nothing that was on her server is classified because it is all known in all of the capitals that classification is designed to keep ignorant. That server was certainly hacked and downloaded numerous times by numerous interested parties. If money and immunity were offered we would probably find out that private parties have the information from the Clinton server on their own equipment.
They're paid? :)
