And now it is down to one. This child deserves to be held in jail forever.

As far as punishment; I'm betting on counseling, community service (maybe) and her records will be sealed; especially if she is even half-way attractive.

He was obviously getting cold feet and should/would have expected her to give him hope and instead of urge him back into killing himself?!I wish he’d had the presence of mind to call his mom, or anyone else, someone who wasn’t straight out EVIL.

The conversation was strange. She was saying she loved him, and he was saying he loved her. Then she talks him into it, and he doesn’t get that a person who loved him wouldn’t do that. He also didn’t get that if he truly loved her, he wouldn’t do it.
Couple of decent looking young kids...

That is, by far, the most grammatically correct and perfectly spelled text conversation I have ever read.
Even the one aberration — “gonna” — is consisted with both parties.

I saw something similar over 30 years ago.
Kid at my middle school was mercilessly bullied into killing himself.
When the news crews showed up it was the clicque of bullies who were first in line to get their faces on the evening news talking about what a wonderful person the kid was, how grief-stricken they were, etc. School didn’t do a damn thing about their behavior.
That kind of tolerated sociopathic behavior was a big factor in my parents later decision to pull me out of public schools and put me into a private, church based (and not even my own denomination) school with a strong morality instruction component.
I look at that close-up photo you posted.
I don’t know why, but this instantaneously popped into my mind. “Bad robot!”
It looked like the scene in sci-fi movies where the robot recognizes it has done something totally unacceptable, and it wants to apologize profusely and be forgiven and life to go on as usual.
Not gonna happen for this girl. She really screwed up.
I’m not sure what is going to happen to her, but her life will never be the same.
