I don’t see the judge ordering her imprisoned if she shows up. The judge will be sensitive about making a martyr out of her.

More likely the judge will slap her with a hefty daily fine, and severely reprimand her.

I’ll also bet that before the day is out she’ll have a crowd sourcing campaign with that site thats supporting the Portland (or Seattle?) baker. Which will raise enough money to pay the fine for a very long time.

Recall the blackrobe in Oregon that fined a couple 135,000 dollars for refusing to bake a stinking cake for a pair of nasty queers. This psycho judge deserves a scratchy rope, IMHO.

What the supremes did was an unlawful power grab for themselves and fedgov.
So, in the “opinion” of the supremes, fedgov now administers marriage..

God has established all authority (Romans 13:1). This includes the 14th Amendment. But I question if Ms Davis is aware of her 14th Amendment protections.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Note that Acts 22, 25-29 shows that Paul argued his Roman citizenship to save himself from getting flogged.

Hopefully she has signed anything of value over to her husband so there are no assets. The only thing that the judge could go after would be her salary.

Having a Republican President and a Republican Senate to nominate and confirm solid judges is the best argument for voting Republican blindly. Unfortunately for the GOPe, even this “best” argument seems fairly pathetic.

She’d have to have signed any property over to him a while ago. If she signed it over in the last month or two, it would be seen as an attempt to avoid the court judgement, and most probably nullified.

The public needs to back this woman with and over 100,000 strong protest.

If this were a Liberal cause, there would be hundreds or even thousands of protesters. The judge would be afraid to rule against her.

But in this case, there may be a dozen American Christians to show up to support this woman.

Well, CNBC is reporting that she has been found in contempt of court and taken into custody by US Marshals. No details yet on the length or nature of the sentence.
