This whole thing has its origins in the fact that The Smartest Woman in the World is, in fact, fairly dull-witted. She needed Sid Vicious as her brains but he was banned from government employ. She had to find some way for all her SoS work to be funneled through him so that she would know what to do. Thus, she had to set up her own private State Dept., one in which Blumenthal could act as her deputy secretary.

So, by her own hand, and her own words, she has committed TREASON AND HIGH CRIMES.
That makes her entire staff, suspect.
I believe that she should be tried under The Patriot Act.

Clinton knew the criminal and PR risks of holding her own server and handling classified info - yet she took the risks anyway.
Why? What was so important for her to hide? What scrutiny did she wish to avoid by not using State Dept. servers?
Also - why was she and her cronies given so much time to scrub her records before release?

I still think she was passing this information on to someone for donations to the Clinton Foundation. Odd thing is, Bill must have known about it as well, and he’s an ex-President.

Did she use SIPRNET or other secure system for comms? Of course nothing was marked classified if she was using her own non-secure server. That would be a huge red flag, that no one could ignore, this should secure her position in jail.
