This discussion must begin with the Marxist objective to divide the American people along the issues of gender, sexual orientation, religion, economic status, race, etc., therefore the extremely racially divisive rhetoric and actions of Obama must be scrutinized.
Amazon still sells these symbols of hate, why?
Quotas and affirmative action do not help anyone. Even when the playing field is tipped greatly in their favor, many blacks lack the education, talent and work ethic needed to survive in today’s modern work environment. The eventual outcome is they are demoted or fired. I do not have sympathy as they should not have been hired in the first place.
That is absolutely right; the fact is that most blacks are ill-prepared for work, and trying to fit them into organizations is like pushing round pegs through square holes. I’ve heard too many stories of non-blacks fearing black co-workers because of their rage; I couldn’t imagine exposing my wife to some monster like this...
Racism is always perceived as the reason for their failure, rather than the fact that many have third-grade educations.
Nobody will ever admit that assimilation has absolutely failed for the contraband from the Civil War. It might have worked if they had been treated as whites, but after fifty years of reparations (welfare, housing subsidies, unearned diplomas/degrees) it has left them even more marginalized and at the bottom of the socio-economic ladder...

The fact that he was actually fired points up what a menace this guy was. If here merely incompetent, they probably wouldn’t want to face the inevitable lawsuit.
My daughter worked with one such when she was a producer at a local TV station. Everyone in the station was scared of him and he hated everyone because he blamed his inability on their racism. Everyone else took over his duties in order to keep the station on the air and he had nothing to do. He harassed the other employees and stole their lunches, often directly out of their hands, and vandalized desks. Daughter quit that station because of him and went to work at another station in Jackson MS which was all black other than her and she had a much better time of it until ownership changed hands and everybody got fired.
How could it be racist? He’s Irish after all...
Now they will tarnish the innocent victims as being part of a rasist work environment

That’s like asking if the fire started because there was flammable materials in the structure instead of the guy who poured gasoline around before lighting the match - those who decry racism are the ones who told him he needed to “do something substantive” to “express himself”....

When liberals try to force blacks into positions for which they are unqualified, those blacks often have no idea what anyone else does in terms of work. I had a black filing clerk express disappointment that he wasn’t selected to replace a retiring treasurer; he honestly thought he should be just fine in that position. The detachment from reality is eerie enough, but when the scales fall from their eyes the violence erupts...
Coming from an entitlement culture Negro employees who are AA hires don’t see that duties and abilities have anything to do with job titles or paychecks. It is all a matter of position and relationships within the organization.Pay is an award for one’s presence that one is entitled to. Work is what they make you do because they have power over you and enjoy demeaning you.
Well, let’s see:
1. He was a queer.
2. He hated “whitey.”
3. He always had a “chip on his shoulder.”
4. He was black and was owed employment due to his race.
5. The employer did not do “due diligence” prior to hiring him.
6. He had a history of filing racial complaints with former employers.
7. And....most importantly, he had a really, really bad attitude and it was certain trouble was “down the road.”
Why they hired him in the first place is a question to be answered. I think it was due to the need to be socially acceptable to the community by hiring a queer black man to satisfy the social requirements of the community.
And...by doing so, they actually hired a mentally unstable problem that would come back to haunt their decisions.
Sounds like David Love and the killer have a lot in common.
Both see racism behind every bush and every failure of a black is because of white racism.
