Agreed. "Outdated?" Not so much. Dear GOP-E, Please get it through your fat heads: we conservatives are not going to vote for Jeb Bush. You would have had better luck with a a third Mitt Romney run. But, keep repeating the mantra if you must. Maybe the democrats will buy into it.

It isn’t outdated. Barbara Bush brings up valid points that are just as valid now as they were then. We don’t want royal families in America.

It is very timely, and honestly I think that Barbara feels the same way today. Every mother knows her children better than anyone. George was a much stronger and more aggressive son and she supported him. Jeb is her weakling and probably always needed her shoulder to cry on all his life, mommas boy, and that is a mothers job, but she knows he is not strong enough to be a leader of this Country, and don't want to see him embarrass the family.
Maybe she don't want to keep getting those midnight calls asking "Momma what am I going to do, they are picking on me again."
