People are furious about videos released showing what they say appear to be Planned Parenthood employees attempting to sell body parts from aborted fetuses.
Those videos have caused outrage across the country.
Saturday a protest was held in front of the Planned Parenthood in Vienna. Nearly 125 people showed up with signs and stood in front of the clinic.
WTAP spoke to the woman in charge of the protest, and the one man who was there to support Planned Parenthood.
"We are protesting of course abortion which we believe that life starts from conception to birth. And we're also here protesting, it's just the outrageousness that they are breaking the law and not being prosecuted for selling human body parts," said Patty Cooper who organized the protest. Cooper is from the West Virginians for Life Organization.
Despite being outnumbered, one local resident felt it was necessary to speak out in support of the organization.
"I'm holding up a sign that's exactly the opposite of the signs that they're holding up. And I'm out here cause they do a lot of good work. Alright, I know a lot of people are squeamish about abortions and but, Planned Parenthood is not only about abortions. Only about three-percent of what they do are abortions," said Daryl Cobranchi, a Wood County resident.
