Hillary Clinton's ongoing struggles to effectively deal with questions surrounding her use of a private e-mail server while at the State Department have stirred talk that it's still not too late for a candidate to swoop in and take the nomination from her.

5. Al Gore: Um, no ...
4. John Kerry: ... I don't get the sense the Democratic Party is clamoring for another Kerry candidacy ...
3. Joe Biden: ... hard to see how he differentiates himself from Clinton enough to beat her ...
2. Billionaire outsider: ... The remarkable success of Donald Trump on the Republican side suggests that people are desperately in search of anti-politicians. ...
1. Elizabeth Warren: ... Warren still represents the populist heart of the Democratic Party. Clinton still represents its pragmatic head. And heart almost always wins in primary fights.

Yep—she even just took a public swipe at Trump.
Biden may have decided against it this past week (otherwise she might have had to be his veep), and she’s wanted to both stay out of appearing to go against Hillary and having to campaign longer than necessary, but she’s the closest thing to an ace in the hole that they have: Hillary’s gender and Bernie’s openness about her socialist perspective.

In 2009, Clooney was included in Time 's annual Time 100 as one of the "Most Influential People in the World".[2] He is also noted for his political activism, and has served as one of the United Nations Messengers of Peace since January 31, 2008.[3][4][5] His humanitarian work includes his advocacy of finding a resolution for the Darfur conflict, raising funds for the 2010 Haiti earthquake, 2004 Tsunami, and 9/11 victims, and creating documentaries such as Sand and Sorrow to raise awareness about international crises. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.[6] Clooney supported Barack Obama's campaign in the 2008 presidential election[48] and in the 2012 presidential election.[49] He is a supporter of gay rights.[50] In 2003, he opposed the Iraq war, saying, "You can't beat your enemy anymore through wars; instead you create an entire generation of people seeking revenge... Our opponents are going to resort to car bombs and suicide attacks because they have no other way to win... I believe [Donald Rumsfeld] thinks this is a war that can be won, but there is no such thing anymore. We can't beat anyone anymore."[51] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Clooney

2. Billionaire outsider: The Howard Schultz bubble appears to have burst. But someone with a profile like the Starbucks chief executive -- very rich, liberal... Dems could run that old scumbag George Soros... he's plenty rich AND he's a crook - (imho)... a twofer for democrats...If he's a liar on top of all that - dems would be bowing down to his greatness while voting for him two or three times each...
