The only reason Kasich says that is to avoid addressing the issue. The GOPe is delighted with SCOTUS rulings on gay marriage and abortion. For them, it gets these social issues off of the table. Nothing to see...move on.

All of this in the midst of the PP outrage of infanticide.

The GOPe believes in the law of the land unless their senile left wing Senator is being defeated by a bright conservative.

The same spineless wet noodle that when asked about queer marriage said “the Supreme Court has ruled and we are a nation of laws”. Oh, by the way just the other day my wife told me that a gay couple we know were getting married and asked me did I want to go to the wedding. I said of course, what’s the date and time”.

This POS Kasich should challenge Hillary CLinton for the democrat nomination.

When state government leaders actually knew the Constitution that they swear to protect and defend, they knew that they could “overturn” unpopular Supreme Court case decisions by appropriately amending the Constitution. In fact, the 11th, 16th and 19th Amendments are examples of the states doing so.

So with all due respect to Gov. Kasich, what school did he go to (I don’t really want to know) to get indoctrinated with the idea that activist justices are the end of the road with respect to interpreting the Constitution, such justices putting on their “magic glasses” to find the so-called “right” to have an abortion that constitutional lawmakers cleverly “hid” in the Constitution?

“Don’t you love how the Repukelicans always say, well it is the law, nothing we can do. Let’s go kill babies and go to gay weddings.”

Only our enemies use “law of the land”

All I can think of is he thinks that’s how he can get some separation from Trump. I don’t know how any of them can run. A group of 20 is ridiculous and Trump is sucking up all their oxygen.

That is one jackals who will never receive nomination.

He is obviously after the moderates which Romney and McCain stupidly courted.

he also said that about obozocare. This establishment puke JK won't say that about the Constitution, our premier law of the land.

So tired of pansy ass politicians singing this refrain.
Slavery was the law and upheld several times by the Supreme Court.
It is no longer the law.
Bad laws MUST be overturned.

Does that mean that President Kasich would immediately start deporting all illegal aliens? I didn’t think so.
