When state government leaders actually knew the Constitution that they swear to protect and defend, they knew that they could “overturn” unpopular Supreme Court case decisions by appropriately amending the Constitution. In fact, the 11th, 16th and 19th Amendments are examples of the states doing so.
So with all due respect to Gov. Kasich, what school did he go to (I don’t really want to know) to get indoctrinated with the idea that activist justices are the end of the road with respect to interpreting the Constitution, such justices putting on their “magic glasses” to find the so-called “right” to have an abortion that constitutional lawmakers cleverly “hid” in the Constitution?
“Don’t you love how the Repukelicans always say, well it is the law, nothing we can do. Let’s go kill babies and go to gay weddings.”

All I can think of is he thinks that’s how he can get some separation from Trump. I don’t know how any of them can run. A group of 20 is ridiculous and Trump is sucking up all their oxygen.

It is no longer the law.
Bad laws MUST be overturned.
Does that mean that President Kasich would immediately start deporting all illegal aliens? I didn’t think so.
