Oh.
So he would have sat back and let Dred Scott be the final word?

At one time slavery was the law of the land.
Should we have supported that Mr. Kasich?

Stuck on Stupid!
Where exactly does the Constitution grant the courts the “Power” to tell either of the other 2 “Separate but Equal” branches of Government what to think ?
The Court can decide for itself what is Constitutional and so can the other 2 branches of Government.
By the way this was COMMON UNDERSTANDING until the turn of the century.

The unfortunately reality is that we are shackled with Roe v Wade, whether we like it or not. I don’t like it. It will take another supreme court case to over turn RvW and with the rise in young people opposing abortion, that may happen in the future.

“Spineless” implies he stood for something other than liberalism once. He certainly has a spine when it comes to pushing the left’s agenda.

Don't you love how the Repukelicans always say, well it is the law, nothing we can do. Let's go kill babies and go to gay weddings.
Meanwhile the Leftists never relent. They never take no as an answer it is always push push push.
