Very likely. Platte River Networks was already on shaky ground for aiding the privatization of an official channel of the highest order. And obviously this IT doesn’t hold a security clearance. When Hillary’s emails became an issue last year Platte River knew they’d be dragged into the investigation. Somehow they might be scapegoated. The only bargaining power they might hope to have would be in a backup of the whole thing.

If for no other reason, Hillary’s emails would be important to her if she plans on writing a memoir.
