Hillary Clinton’s Bribery Scandal (Did she forward classified info for loot?)
Commentary Magazine ^ | 4/24/15 | Peter Wehner

Posted on 08/15/2015 1:29:35 PM PDT by Libloather

Earlier this week I referred to Hillary Clinton’s “tangle of corruption.” It turns out I was being generous.

As the politically explosive story in the New York Times demonstrates, the depths of the Clintons’ corruption and avarice is stunning. The facts in the Times story are utterly damning and prima facie evidence of a conflict of interest. If foreign governments, including adversarial ones like Russia, paid the Clinton Foundation and/or Bill Clinton huge sums of money, they assured themselves favorable treatment. (Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was pursuing the purchase of a Uranium One, a uranium mining company.) What we’re talking about looks very much like bribery, as former Governor Mitt Romney told Hugh Hewitt.

It’s worth placing this revelation in context: The Clintons have known for years that Hillary would run for president–and yet they still undertook this transparently unethical and potentially politically catastrophic action. The same is true of Mrs. Clinton’s deletion of 30,000 emails, another breathtakingly inappropriate, and possibly illegal, act. (It wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume that some of those deleted emails included a discussion of Uranium One, the company the Russians assumed control over.)

Classified documents can't end up in someone's email account unless they've been cut and pasted from the original source. Once Hillary got them on her server, she would be free to click the 'forward' icon to transfer that information to someone else's private email account.

Just thinking out loud...

I hope the FBI has someone sitting across a table from Gucifer.

He will know...

If you read between the lines above, that is suggesting treason, not just stupidity.

LORAL.....and nothing happened.

I have thought from the beginning that this is tied up with the Clintons becoming enormously rich. What did they have to sell but the United States of America?

It doesn’t have to be forwarded if it is somewhere it can be hacked. Plausible deniability.

But, yes, if it is cut and paste forwarded, same thing.

I mainly think she is guilty of selling influence. Donate, and then ask a favor. Again, if the donation is prior, plausible deniability.

Some things may be much bigger than email will reveal. The reasons she knocked over Khadafi, for example. There may be layers beneath layers.

And, of course, the whole Syria enterprise, which is tied to Libya and Morsi and Egypt. This puts her in bed with Qatar and the Turks, and Qatar has money to burn.

Ka-ching!

But it's not so much that she would sell the data as that she would pass the data to Sid Vicious to help him identify foreign customers to leverage for donations in return for policy, er, um, 'adjustments'.

I will say, a look at Obama’s secret Qatari accounts might be instructive as well.

I think we can be farily certain that the only people who do not know what was on Hillary’s server is the American government and the American people. Almost certainly every world power has a full copy. The closest America has to a “friendly” power who could clear this up by supplying this copy is the Israelis. But they won’t, at least until it’s clear that Hillary won’t be the next president. They would rejoice if she won because they’d tie her up with blackmail. Everybody who has a copy will be in a position to demand whatever they want and she’ll comply. They only care about America’s foreign policy and Hillary only cares about domestic policy. As long as she can bring in real crony socialism she won’t care what happens in the wider world and the wider world won’t care that we’re all socialists now.

Hillary sold secrets. She should be executed for her treason.

And?

She sold the Russians an American uranium mine.

Don't worry, Hillary. The cash was deposited in your secret off-shore bank account. The diamonds will be delivered to your residence tonight.

Nothing will ever ever ever happen. all democrats have kryptonite shielding, this particular democrat has shielding made from the core of a nuetron star. She may be forced to drop out of the race, but she will never ever be prosecuted, and even by some miracle she actually receives an indictment, every question she is asked will either be answered with “I can’t recall”, or in extreme instances plead the 5th. The entire affair would be a joke and eventually become irrelevant

Talk about income inequality,,,she makes as much for a one-hour speech as most people make in ten years of 8-hour days.

What they describe isn’t bribery, it’s espionage.

I think we can be fairly certain that the only people who do not know what was on Hillary’s server is the American government and the American people.

I'm pretty sure that, in reality, it's only the American People who don't know. If this crap went on for more that 4 years and our cyber groups didn't know all about this server set-up the entire bunch of them either 1) need to be fired or in jail for gross incompetence, or 2) need to be in jail for knowingly allowing this to occur. This implicates a shit pot more people than Clinton alone.

If this was allowed, as it seems to have been, then we spend a boat load of money on cyber security that is a complete waste.

Her one accomplishment as Secretary of State was to get really rich by abusing the system. She is breathtakingly corrupt. I wish we could seize all her ill-gotten gains. That’s the only thing that would get to her and that fraud she married.

Hillary might not be imprisoned, but in this bizzarro-world in which I find myself I’ll be happy if they don’t throw a parade for her.
