I think you’re right on top of it. But he probably can’t come out and say that, right now, anyhow. So he just says the negotiators are stupid. That’ll do for now.

If he doesn’t win the nomination in a straight up fight, he’s not going third party.

If the RP plays games with the debates, primaries, or caucuses, then he might.

It’s the GOPe’s game to play. If they screw it up, I wouldn’t blame him. And frankly, he could pull it off.

You only need 33% + 1 vote to win in a three way.

Reagan/Trump Democrats are going to cross over. The question is, how many. They’ll know in the spring.

So do I. That’s the main reason why I hope they don’t develop a spat.

McCain picked Palin to balance his ticket and save his posterior.

Trump would pick Cruz to enhance the ticket. That would be some ticket!

The best part, Cruz becomes president in four our eight after being schooled with on hands high finance.

Cruz would be a very formidable candidate after that, even better than today IMO.

What if you have Sanders go into the General as an Independent while Hillary/Biden duke it out.

The GOPe bails on Trump and puts Yeb! up, forcing Trump to go 3rd, well 4th party.

I would say a fatal four way such as that would be the best way to decide who exactly we are as a country right now.

Give the people a choice more than the two party system.

Great! What is his strategy? What tactics will he use which do no require the senate’s approval?

His strategy doesn't include rolling over because the road gets steep - he has already shown an ability to cut deep at those who do bad things to our livelihoods and it has a bunch of panties in a twist - willing to make the effort, no matter the odds, is an admirable (and rare these days) trait....

Presidents no longer require congressional approval to do anything, where have you been?

Riiiiight. If only he could compress 8 years worth of plans into a sentence or two.

What irritates your redbutt the worst; his real estate, his aircraft or his popularity with people who have had it “up to here” with the political backstabbing thieves who’ve gotten us into the mess we’re in now?

costs for imported goods will skyrocket.

A general 10% tariff would generate 500 Billion a year in tax revenues which could be offset by marginal tax rate cuts. The economy would boom. It would also show the world we mean business and no longer the world's door mat.

No, other countries will eat our lunch.

They already do that.
