Does the officer get credit for time served?

How may months is his death limited to? 360 months also?

They don’t ask for the death penalty.

They don’t ask for life.

They ask for 30 years and even whittle away at that.

Furious doesn’t begin to describe my thoughts this.

probably more like 20 years. Who knows, maybe Obama will pardon him on the way out?

Prosecutors offer plea deals, defendants accept and JUDGES APPROVE.

This judge approved the deal.
