Careful - you'll get thrashed by some simply for mentioning Trump without criticizing him.
He's becoming the new Putin around here - say one complimentary thing & suddenly your a "Trumbot".
On the other hand I'm sure most around here understand that its possible to appreciate the beneficial effects of a political force without becoming it's slavering acolyte.

Got to consider that Mr. Trump is considered a battering ram for the conservatives.

I want to ask you if what I think I’m reading is correct, because I really can’t believe my eyes.
Are you indeed saying that you want to toss the Constitution and elect a dictator (Trump)?
Please tell me I’m seeing things.

I would clone him. VP and UN ambassador. Put the VP in charge of doing away with EPA and HUD and others. Actually a president can do that by fiat now. He has to be a Trump to do it if not a Democrat... The Democrat will be the next Dictator. If a Democrat is elected he will be a dictator. Obama is ruling by decree already. In case we haven't noticed. We are already have a Banana Republic, but el presidente wears tennis attire and fills his junta with Soros employees.
You are right, we need to eliminate whole agencies of government to return to constitutional government, and it will take someone who is immune to press rage to do it, which takes someone with a very clear vision of what constitutional government looks like. And very thick skin.
So, Cruz and Trump?

03:01 You know you could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, ah blood coming of her..., where ever...
04:50 Believe me, there's a big difference between Mike Wallace and Chris Wallace. Because I watched him last night, blood pouring out of his eyes too.

I would rather see President Cruz and his atack dog, Trump. On top of the ticket, a guy who wants to increase H1-B visas 500%, thus destroying the ability for U.S. engineers to, say, pay a mortgage.
On the bottom of the ticket, a buddy of the Clintons who wants to keep funding Planned Parenthood.
What a winner! </s>

Actually, if there’s any kissing to be done ... Trump can do it. And not my ring.

Congress and the USSC have already tossed the Constitution. If the next "president" is a Democrat or a Bush the situation will surely be formalized. Congress and the Court have ceded essentially all power to the Executive in a series of decisions and enabling acts since last December thus the President is, in fact, a dictator. That cannot be undone short of a newly elected dictator persuading the States to call an Article 5 Convention. That may well not itself work if the Marxist states dominate that Convention and nothing gets done or the totalist state gets thereby reinforced. The president/dictator cannot impose a return to a Constitutional system because that would be merely a precedent for the next president to impose his own will. The Dictator cannot successfully hand his new given powers back to the Congress and the Court because they will give them right back once they get a Democrat elected. The Dictator, to have a chance to return to Constitutionality, has to turn the power over to the States by inducing that Convention. It may fail but I see no other avenue back that does not contain its own negation. Of all the people I see running, a Cruz/Trump combination seems to be the only combination that might effect this.

Drumpf does NOT want us to kiss his ring. He wants us to kiss his behind.

I love what he has done for the race, it is his race to lose now, unless he does something really stupid, or something comes out of left field we all have to come to grips with his winning, because it's highly likely.
As much as I love what he's done in bringing the illegals issue to the front, I dislike many of his past (and a couple of current) pronouncements, his constant flip flops, and simply hope he doesn't come back and bite us all in the rear end in the most painful of ways.
My 2 cents.

It is all we have. None of the others has the cojones to stand up to the EPA and the Democrats. It is all academic anyway. Bush will be the nominee or his replacement will be. The RNC controls the superdelegates to the convention and can override any candidate who does not have an overwhelming majority of the primary delegates. The RNC can and probably will disallow portions or all of delegations from conservative voting states.

You have just announced that you won’t vote at all. The next president must, like the current president be a dictator. Congress and the Court have ceded essentially all power to the Executive which is the President which makes him a Dictator. Hussein Obama is a Dictator. He is not totally secure in his power else he would be arresting talk show hosts and recalcitrant Senators already. The President cannot give those powers back to the Courts and the Congress. They would simply give them back to the next Democrat or would formally vest them all in the Agencies which are the President.

My exact feelings and why Trump’s still behind Walker and Cruz, in that order, in my view.
