So, to what do we attribute a total lack of storm activity?
Fire! not flood, next time.
Gee, ya think? It’s like betting on the Kentucky Derby halfway through the race.
The ocean is cooler. It will be cooler than it was in the last century for the next few decades. That suppresses cyclonic maritime storms. The AGW people will be surprised and perplexed in almost every hurricane season for a while, until they figure out why AGW is suppressing the natural occurrence of storms and therefore must be fought with all the resources of mankind.
So, the global warming sake oil salesmen will simply shift coasts.
The really funny thing is they've been blaming the draught here on the west coast on global warming, too.
We have not had an active hurricane season in several years. So Al, where are the violent hurricanes you promised? Oh, that’s right, they are all up in the ice-free Arctic Ocean.
We? As in "those with a functioning brain"?
The Sun. The Earth. The Moon. In that order.
So, to what do we attribute a total lack of storm activity?
Global Warming, of course. AGW is the cause of everything that happens ever and everywhere.
The ocean is cooler.
How long before they tell us the water is cooler because the ice is melting.
So, to what do we attribute a total lack of storm activity?
All Purpose Answer: GLOBAL WARMING. (See, if you blame every phenomenon on global warming, sooner or later some idiots will believe it)
This is exactly what was predicted as the planet slowly burns in a greed driven climate Apocalypse.
“Carbon is wealth. Make wealth history”
Well, well, well.
Who’s that calling?
“””So, to what do we attribute a total lack of storm activity?”””
Take your pick:
Confederate flag
White privilege
Global Warming$$$$$$$$
Climate Change$$$$$$$$
Christians
Conservative bakery owners
W. Bush
...........
“So, to what do we attribute a total lack of storm activity?
“
An entire trail of Al Gore Bull$hit from West Africa to Florida mucking up the ocean and causing a decrease in temps.
So, what was the prevalence of hurricanes during the Maunder or Dalton Minimums?
The Maunder was between 1650 and 1725, but the frequency of hurricanes during that period is hard to tell, due to minimal observers on ships, and lack of satellites.
I think you know the answer.
“How long before they tell us the water is cooler because the ice is melting.”
That’s an unscientific premise... but the left will use it anyway.
Climate change
