Judging from his comments regarding buying and selling politicians, he’d only nominate those who would rule in ways that would benefit him financially. With corruption like that their political leanings aren’t very relevant.
Who appoints the SC justices is not what puts them on the bench, Mr. Carson. It’s the rinos who will confirm them.
And if a rino is in the white house, the democrats will get who they want on the court.

You know, this is a problem. When we pick Presidents BASED upon whom they will nominate to the Supreme Court we’re dead. The Supreme Court cannot and should not be making laws. When the Court has become so powerful that ideology matters then we’ve already lost. When republicans base their candidate on how much it will mean to the supreme court then it’s obvious that they’ve given up on constitutional government.
